Appointments can be made during office hours by:

   1. Telephoning 552 7970 or 552 4919 8am - 6pm (answer phone 12.30 - 1.30 ).
   2. Calling at the reception desk. You will be asked for your date of birth and name.

If you feel that you need to be seen more urgently please tell the receptionist.
If you are unable to keep an appointment please tell reception in order that it can be cancelled. This will free the slot for someone else to use.
Consultations are available by appointment at various times during the day and without appointment each week day morning. Contact reception for details.
Please inform the reception if you change your name or address or telephone number.
Please remember to report to reception on arrival.
