The practice operates a system consistent with the Government's guidelines.
If you are dissatisfied with the standards of care received, for any reason, please discuss it with your doctor or write to our practice complaints administrator.
Your complaint will be acknowledged within two working days and a full response given within 10 working days. Occasionally due to holidays or sickness the full
response will be delayed and in these circumstances you will be kept informed.
